We need people who are entrepreneurs at heart to build an executive leadership team. We need those who are restless and need more of a challenge then a conventional job. Here are some of our expectations:

  1. You should understand and want to live the vision of Teal Penguin Kitchens. Perhaps you suffer from food allergies or live with someone who does.

  2. You take ownership in what you do. Steve Jobs once said, "It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.”

  3. You love the work, but you care about people and have a life. We value families and friendships. If you are a “dog-eat-dog” competitor, then this is probably not the right place for you. We are a team and want to perform at the highest levels. However, we want you to take care of your family too.

  4. You can ingest large amounts of information and understand complex concepts. We admire those who take their trade to an art i.e. Rolls Royce, Patek Philippe, Gulfstream, Lurssen. We may never be able to achieve perfection, but we never stop trying.

Open Positions:

Social Media Marketing - you should eat, drink, sleep, and live on social media. You should know the hot trends, be an influencer, and/or know how to work with influencers.

Ecommerce Guru - we need a fully integrated website, shopping cart, direct mailer, and financial system. We also need to integrate analytics into the website and all of our social media channels.
